Pathways is more complete and much easier to use, both for the end user and for the people who support it. From a tech support standpoint there's no comparison, well at least in a multi-user shop. Pathways is a true multi user package. When you update the system all the clients are updated at the same time.

Mitchell requires you to update each client individually and that's a huge PITA. If your shop doesn't need multi user capability then I guess that's not as big a deal. We're slowly bringing All-Data on board but so far I haven't had any interaction with it.
